Steve has been teaching since the early 2000's and has retained a passion for Game Development and programming since his first ZX81 in the early 90's. As a full time Digital Technology teacher, he brings his passion for teaching game design to Yoobee to bring learning to a wider audience. He is a certified Unity Developer and, as well as an Honours Degree in Teaching, holds Post Graduate Certificates in Computer Science Education and Digital and Collaborative Learning.
Game Design has shown a huge growth in the past few years in New Zealand and holds immense potential to engage kids in a rewarding and challenging field mixing creativity and computational skills.
