Photography basics
An introduction to all the core fundamentals of photography, including exposure principles, aperture, ISO, lens types, composition basics and more.
Using your camera and lighting equipment
Learn how to make the most of your camera and lighting. Your tutor will take you through the core equipment used in a studio setup, and hands-on workshops teach you the step-by-step process of setting up a photo shoot.
Photography styles
Practical workshops give you the opportunity to learn about product photography, portrait photography and food photography.
Managing and editing your photos
Learn to use Lightroom and Photoshop to bring out the best in your photos. This module culminates in the development of a portfolio of work.
On this course, you'll learn Adobe CC Photoshop
Attendees need to bring their own DSLR camera with interchangeable lens

As this is an introductory course no prior experience is required although proficiency with computers is useful. All students need to be at least 18 years old.

Students with English as a second language require IELTS 5.5 (General or Academic) with no band lower than 5.0. Other forms of English language proficiency can be considered upon application during the Admissions process.
