Current research

2D pipeline processes

The research project aims to develop a full production pipeline for 2D animation, suitable for implementation in projects at Yoobee Colleges, that streamlines and improves production efficiency and output quality to meet industry benchmarks for television output, 2D games and recognised international tertiary leaders in animation training (such as GOBELINS in Paris).

Transdisciplinary music video project

The research project aims to create a transdisciplinary music video project, in collaboration with professional composer/musician Sxip Shirey, that tackles neural oscillations (brainwaves) and produces a close interpretation of these neural patterns in 2D animation format for publication by the National Sawdust arts institution (New York).
